Every Day Can Be "No Diet Day"!
May 6, 2020 was “no diet day” (sponsored by the National Eating Disorders Association). I proudly stand for the message that diet culture is harmful and that all bodies deserve love and respect. I’d like to offer you more than one “no diet day”- what if every day was “no diet day”?? Sound too good to be true? It’s not!!! When you let go of dieting and adopt an intuitive approach to eating (and living), there are no more dieting days.

Freedom to be who you are and be in your “here and now” body
Freedom to care for yourself in the ways that feel good, and that are best for you
Freedom to explore ALL areas of your health and develop goals that improve your quality of life
Freedom to eat all foods that you enjoy (without guilt) in amounts that satisfy you
Freedom to be physically active for joy and pleasure, rather than as a way to compensate for what you have (or will) eat
Freedom to be fully present in your life and not held back by preoccupation with food choices and negative body image
Freedom to live your dreams today, and not at some future point when you’re “thinner”
